PREFACE
I am thankful to Allah the Almighty while presenting the second edition of this book. The first edition was published four years ago. By the grace of Allah it has been widely aCClaimed and much in demand ever since then.
The aim of presenting this book was to enable the school going children and major Muslims to comprehend the meaning and concept of Salat and to learn authentic procedure of performing this very important duty of the Muslims. I confidently feel my endeavours have gone in vain. It is indeed encouraging to note that the book has been approved and prescribed as a text book in some schools.
The edition has been carefully revised. It contains suitable alterations and additions. Many more relevant Traditions have been added. Being an off-set, it is more attractive and fascinating. May Allah the Exalted, the Most Merciful, aCCept the humble service in His Way!
I feel it may duty to thank all those who have derived some benefit out of it and this helped to achieve my aim. May Allah the Almighty be pleased with us all!
